All-dressed seasoning, the chip flavor Canada kept to itself, belongs on wings. A hot grill crisps the skin, and the seasoning goes on after, so it stays punchy.

Steps
Heat a grill for direct cooking over medium-low. Snip off the wing tips and discard, then split each wing at the joint into drumette and flat.
Spray the wings on both sides with cooking spray. Grill covered for about 20 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred and 165°F inside.
Toss the hot wings in a big bowl with the all dressed seasoning until every piece is coated.
Serve with buttermilk ranch for dunking. Makes about 24 wings.
Tip: Medium-low heat is the whole trick. It renders the skin crisp before the outside chars, and the seasoning stays on instead of burning off.
