The classic bake-sale cookie: oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and candy-coated chocolates, with candy eyes pressed in while warm. Crisp edges, chewy middles, and exactly the right amount of ridiculous.

Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two rimmed baking pans with parchment paper.
Beat the butter, peanut butter, and both sugars until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and candy-coated chocolates.
Scoop 2-tablespoon mounds 2 inches apart. Bake 11 to 13 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers look slightly soft. Press candy eyes into the warm cookies.
Cool on the pans 5 minutes, then move to a rack. Makes about 24 cookies.
Tip: Underbake slightly — they finish setting on the pan. The eyes stick best in the first minute out of the oven.
