Flour tortillas stand in for yeasted dough, and honestly nobody misses it. Honey walnut cream cheese, cinnamon sugar, and chopped apple roll up tight and bake into something dangerously snackable.

Steps
Heat the oven to 375°F; spray a 9-inch square baking dish. Spread one side of each tortilla with cream cheese; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon sugar and the apples.
Roll each tortilla up tight from the cream cheese side; cut each roll crosswise into 8 one-inch slices. Arrange cut side up in the dish; drizzle with butter and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar.
Bake 20 minutes until the tops are golden. Whisk the powdered sugar and milk; drizzle over the warm rolls. Makes 32 rolls.
Tip: Roll them tight and pack the slices snug in the dish. They hold each other up and bake into one pull-apart situation.
